…is a Toronto-based writer, home cook and baker. She is the author of Ally’s Kitchen: Comfort Food—100 Easy, Plant-based Recipes for Everyone, The Budget-Friendly Vegan Cookbook: Healthy Meals for a Plant-Based Diet, and The Vegan Dessert Cookbook.
When she and her family adopted a plant-based lifestyle almost ten years ago, Ally focused on transforming all her signature dishes into plant-based delights, and started sharing her culinary knowledge with others through social media.
After several years in Marketing Communications, Ally left the corporate world to parlay her love of writing with her love of cooking and baking and started writing her first cookbook, which she self-published in 2019. Ally has since been picked up by a traditional publishing house and has published two additional titles. She is currently working on her fourth cookbook.
